House Rules

To ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay for all guests, please read and respect the following house rules.

Strictly No Parties
Parties, excessive noise, or misuse of the property are strictly not permitted. If excessive noise is reported, security may be called to the property and guests may be asked to leave.

Quiet Hours
Please respect neighbouring rooms and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in is available from 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
Check-out is strictly before 11:00 AM.
Late check-ins after 8:00 PM may not be supported by our Guest Management Team, so guests must carefully read and follow the check-in instructions provided.
Late check-out charges may apply: £30 for the first hour and £20 per hour thereafter. If the late check-out causes significant disruption, an additional night may be charged against the security deposit.

Stay Extensions
If you wish to extend your stay, please contact us before 6:00 PM on the day before your departure. Late extension requests may incur a £25 charge.

Age Restrictions
The minimum age for check-in is 22. Children of any age are welcome only when accompanied by a responsible adult or carer.

Injuries and Lost Items
Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings during their stay. Please keep valuables secure and always lock the door when leaving the room or overnight. The host is not responsible for lost items caused by guest negligence.
